Project Summary


Research. In my eyes, an indispensable element of a design process, and yet it is often willingly overlooked. There are so many different forms of it, and the art lies in finding a balance each time. Everyone has their preferences, a unique way of working, and that is beautiful. During my graduation, I delved into the theme of stress for a year, resulting in Unpacking Theory. This book contains all my research, findings, results, and experiments. Over the past half year, I have been able to delve a little deeper into this vast subject. Writing, learning and researching a bit every day.
